Disgraced MrBeast Sidekick Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Transgender Live-In Assistant

Disturbing accusations continue to mount against MrBeast’s former sidekick Chris Tyson, who has now been accused of sexual assault. The claim, levied by a transgender individual who once worked as Tyson’s assistant, follows over a week of backlash against Tyson for inappropriately messaging multiple minors.

As previously reported by The Publica, Tyson first came under widespread scrutiny on July 22, after viral allegations that he had exchanged inappropriate text messages with one or more minors and arranged to meet at least one while he was still underage. The evidence for the claims was originally put forward in June by YouTuber Prism42, who had reportedly contacted one of the alleged victims under the guise of hiring him for a video editing job, and gathered “evidence” against Tyson during their interactions.

But while Prism’s video, titled “Chris Tyson talked inappropriately to a 13-year-old,” did not gain widespread attention at the time of its release in June, clips and screenshots from the video began circulating on social media last week. One such post calling attention to the allegations, made by a user by the name of Maw, racked up tens of thousands of likes in the span of just a few hours.

On July 23, Tyson apologized for his “past behavior or comments,” including that if he “hurt or offended anyone, it was not my intent.” Tyson went on to say the decision to part with the MrBeast brand was mutual, adding he would also be permanently stepping away from social media “to focus on my family and mental health.”

In subsequent posts, Tyson denied the allegations of grooming stating: “The person who gets brought up in these accusations @LavaGS has vocally supported that they are false.”

The minor who was involved in this situation, known as LavaGS online, is now an adult and did initially defend Tyson, likening his memory of the messages to “edgy jokes” but he has since rescinded that opinion after revisiting the messages.

“I thought I had a good memory of [the] situation but I was wrong. After reading the chat logs, this stuff was inappropriate and wrong.” He said in a post on July 26. “These conversations should not have happened with people at the age I was at the time, I strongly condemn them.”

A second alleged victim also came forward during this time and revealed that Tyson had also sent sexual messages to him while he was a minor.

Just hours after Tyson’s public apology, YouTube star Jimmy Donaldson, more commonly known by his moniker MrBeast, shared the news of Tyson’s separation from the company.

Donaldson expressed disgust towards Tyson’s online behavior and announced the launch of a third-party investigation, also removing all association of Tyson with the MrBeast brand.

“Over the last few days, I’ve become aware of the serious allegations of Ava Tyson’s behavior online and I am disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts,” he wrote. “During that time, I have been focused on hiring an independent third party to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure I have all the facts. That said, I’ve seen enough online and taken immediate action to remove Ava from the company, my channel, and any association with MrBeast. I do not condone or support any of the inappropriate actions.”

But, despite Tyson’s removal from the MrBeast franchise, the situation has only continued to escalate.

On July 26, Tyson’s former assistant, a trans-identified male known as Mooskina on social media, accused the disgraced YouTube star of exploiting a professional relationship, alleging he had been coerced and sexually assaulted by Tyson.

Mooskina claimed that throughout the course of their relationship, Tyson used his influence and position at the MrBeast brand to “manipulate” and “coerce” him into engaging in sexual acts. He says on one occasion Tyson lured him to his home under the guise of an employment opportunity, and requested sexual favors. Mooskina later learned Tyson had no authority over the hiring process at MrBeast.

Mooskina also describes several instances where Tyson demanded he join a video call only to then request he sexually gratify himself on camera.

“Ava asked me to masturbate with her on video call multiple times and I always felt like I had to say yes if I wanted to be in a video or get a job.” Mooskina writes.

Mooskina also explained that Tyson manipulated him emotionally by utilizing tactics like “love-bombing,” leading him to believe the two were in a romantic relationship.

Tyson allegedly offered Mooskina a job as his live-in assistant, where he then continued to demand sexual favors. Mooskina, saying he felt coerced, then says he attempted to cease all sexual contact, with Tyson agreeing, until an incident occurred in July.

“On July 29th we were watching TV together alone in her living room,” Mooskina says about Tyson. “With no warning, prior physical engagement, or sexual conversation [Tyson] took off her pants and started touching herself in front of me,” Mooskina said, using feminine pronouns to refer to Tyson.

Mooskina explains “In no way shape or form did I feel like I could say no without somehow risking my job or being asked to leave. She used that against me in order to receive non consensual oral sex.”

Mooskina went on to report Tyson to the HR team at MrBeast, claiming to have enough credible information that prompted the independent investigation.

“That was over two weeks ago and in that time I have not heard back anything despite asking for an update twice,” Mooskina said.

At the time of publishing, neither Tyson nor any other members of the MrBeast team have responded to the latest allegations.
